From classroom learning to a live construction site! 🛠️📸

Our 16–19-year-old learners on the 2-week Construction Industry Readiness Programme took a break from their training at Therfield School in Leatherhead to visit Taylor Wimpey’s Sondes Meadows development in Dorking!

In just two weeks, these young people are earning essential certifications including:

✅ CSCS Card Test

✅ Level 1 Health & Safety

✅ Emergency First Aid & Fire Marshall

✅ Traffic Marshalling & Power Tools training

✅ Clear pathways into local apprenticeships & further education

We were also thrilled to be joined on-site by Helen Maguire, MP for Epsom and Ewell, who came to support the group and speak with our future site leaders. 🤝
