We are excited to share some phenomenal news: MITSkills and one of our standout learners, Lily Keogh, have both been named finalists in the 2026 NCFE Aspiration Awards.

These awards are a national celebration of excellence in vocational education, and being shortlisted in two separate categories is an incredible honour for our entire community.

MITSkills: Centre of the Year Finalist

MITSkills has been recognised in the Centre of the Year category. This nomination highlights our commitment to going “above and beyond” for our students, delivering innovative training, and creating a supportive environment that helps every learner reach their full potential.

Lily Keogh: Apprentice of the Year Finalist

A massive congratulations goes to Lily Keogh, who has reached the final shortlist for Apprentice of the Year. Lily has demonstrated exceptional dedication to her studies and her workplace, embodying the hard work and professional growth that we strive to foster in all our apprentices.

We want to thank our staff, our partner employers, and—most importantly—learners like Lily who remind us of every day why vocational training matters. We’ll be heading to the final ceremony with our fingers crossed!
