This week, MITSkills is proud to shine the spotlight on Michael Oldridge!

Michael is currently completing the Level 3 Award in Electrical Installation Inspection, Testing, Certification and Reporting, an advanced qualification focused on inspecting, testing, verifying, and certifying electrical installations safely and accurately.

Inspection and testing is one of the most critical areas in the electrical trade, requiring uncompromising accuracy, safe working practices, and deep familiarisation with BS 7671 and Guidance Note 3. Throughout his training, Michael has shown exceptional attention to detail—from instrument testing and fault identification to completing clear, compliant certification and condition reports.

His methodical approach, commitment to safety, and strong work ethic have made him a standout learner in the training bay.

Congratulations on your fantastic progress, Michael—we look forward to seeing your continued success in the industry!
