We are incredibly proud to share some outstanding news from our associates at Academy Salons. In the recent L’Oréal Kérastase Secret Customer Service Survey, Academy Salons achieved a phenomenal 1st place overall, with two of their locations ranking in the National Top 3.
The Results
The survey, which measures the complete client journey from arrival to the final finishing touches, saw two salons reach the very top of the national rankings:
- 🥇 Academy Salons Claygate: 1st Place
- 🥉 Academy Salons Hersham: 3rd Place
