Employing the right people is crucial to the sustainability and success of your business. Apprentices can give you a competitive advantage, whilst being more cost effective than hiring skilled employees and the overall recruitment and training costs are lower. When you recruit a new apprentice you introduce new skills and working practices into your team. In partnership with the local community we are capable and highly skilled at sourcing suitable candidates that meet the specific companies needs. We can interview on your behalf and take care of all the arrangements for you, enabling you to get on with running your business.
All of our apprentices are assessed and taught to the highest industry standards by our experienced tutors. In partnership with 12 Training Providers, we offer apprenticeships leading to nationally recognised qualifications, in many areas including sports management, plumbing, motor mechanics, business administration, hairdressing, engineering, construction and customer service. The majority of courses are fully funded by the Government, which means that our training is free of charge for the employee and the employer.
We can offer the opportunity to come and meet you for a chat, where we can analyse your training needs and provide you with experienced advice, without any obligation or cost to yourselves. Upon taking on an apprentice we can handle all the necessary arrangements on your behalf. We can also direct you towards available grants and funding to support work based learning.
