Young ApprenticeshipsAimed at year 10 & 11 students, our courses offer a great start within a career in the industry of choice. Our courses are also vocationally focussed within a number of sectors including; Motor Vehicle, Construction and Hairdressing. Spread over a period of two years our courses offer level 1 and level 2 qualifications. Our courses also include 50 days work experience with an employer, potentially leading to full time employment. |
Pre – ApprenticeshipsOur full time courses are aimed at 16 – 18 year olds. Looking to pursue a career in Motor Vehicle, Construction or Hairdressing. Courses include CV construction, job search techniques and a wider Key Skill. |
Hairdressing Apprenticeship CoursesAimed at learners wanting to become fully qualified hairdressers. Both Level 2 & Level 3 apprenticeships will be achieved. The learners are assessed for competence in the workplace, and attend a one day per week underpinning knowledge course at M.I.T. |
Construction Apprenticeship CoursesLevel 2 & Level 3 apprenticeship courses in electrical or plumbing. Course is targeted to be industry focused and will enable the learner to become fully qualified in the sector. Learners attend a one day per week course at M.I.T. and are assessed in employment to prove competence in the chosen subject. |
Performing Manufacturing Operations & Performing Engineering OperationsOur level 2 and level 3 apprenticeship courses enable learners to progress within their chosen career path. Learners are assessed in the workplace and once competent will receive a recognised certificate. |
Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship CoursesAll learners are assessed in the workplace and can attend either day or block release courses. Once completed the learner is a fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician. All aspects of the motor trade can be covered on a wide variety of courses. These are comprehensive courses lasting over 2 years for level 2 and 3 years for level 3. |
